one oz Applejack brandy
one oz brandy
one dash triple sec
juice of one lemons
chilled Champagne
PROCEDURE
Mix and shake all ingredients. Fill contents into a highball glass over ice cubes. Pour with chilled champagne, mix lightly, and enjoy.
