INGREDIENTS
one and half oz brandy
half tsp Pernod licorice liqueur
one tsp grenadine syrup
half peach
pour with Champagne
PROCEDURE
Mix ingredients (except champagne) and drain into a chilled white wine glass. Pour with champagne and decorate with a peach slice.
