INGREDIENTS
two oz 1800 Silver Tequila
two oz pear puree
quarter oz simple syrup
half ozfresh lime juice
slice pear garnish
ice
PROCESS
In a tall mixing glass blend all ingredients. Put ice and shake vigorously. Drain into a pre-chilled margarita glass. Decorate with a pear slice.
