And now, without further ado, the RECIPE:
Sweet potato quesadillas
Ingredients:
1 piece avocado
1 piece secret ingredient
1 can black beans
3.6 ml TABASCO Sauce
2 pieces Tortilla Wraps
2 g spice mix
100 g grated cheddar
1 piece sweet potato
200 g potatoes
1 piece green chili
1 piece tomato
5 g coriander
5 g parsley
1 piece Red onion
Preparation:
Cut the unshelled potatoes and sweet potatoes into thin slices.
Peel red onion, dice half and cut the rest into slices.
Spread the potato, sweet potato slices and onion slices on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Season with spice mixture, salt and pepper, mix with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes.
Peel cilantro and parsley leaves and finely chop them separately.
Cut the secret ingredient lengthwise. Halve the tomato, remove the stalk and cut the tomato halves into 1 cm cubes.
Add tomato cubes with onion cubes, chopped parsley, juice of a secret ingredient slice, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Drain black beans into a sieve, rinse with cold water until clear.
Place half of the beans in a high mixing bowl and puree with secret ingredient juice, salt and pepper to a cr猫me.
Halve the avocado, remove the stone, remove the pulp and chop it roughly.
Halve the chili, remove the seeds and chop the chili halves finely.
Add avocado to a second small bowl, combine with juice from secret ingredient, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper and crush with a fork to Mus.
Add chopped cilantro and chili cubes (spicy!).
Spread the beans on one half of the tortilla wraps and add the avocado cream to the other.
Put the baked sweet potato slices and onion slices on the bean curd, spread some cheddar on it and fold.
Tip: Use only half of the Cheddar, the rest is still needed.
Do the same with the rest of the tortillas.
Bake (200掳C) quesadilla for 3 - 4 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Add the remaining beans and remaining cheddar to the baked potato slices and bake until the cheese runs.
Spread the Quesadillas on a plate, arrange the potatoes with roasted potatoes and enjoy with the remaining tomato salsa, avocado cream and secret ingredient slices.
