This is one of my favorite sandwiches ever, the taste is freaking awesome, Plus.. it has foods from 5 different food groups!! which make it very rich in nutrients .
ingredients:
1- tuna, canned in water and drained
2- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
3- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
4- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
5- 3 slices whole wheat bread
6- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
7- 4 slices tomato slices.
8- 4 slices American cheese
The way:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
mix tuna, mayonnaise , onion, garlic powder, and pepper.
Place bread on baking sheet.
One-fourth of the tuna mixture on each piece of bread shall be placed, Add a tomato slice.
Bake for 6 minutes.
Add a cheese slice on top of each, return to oven for another 4 minutes.
