Preparing "pineapple quesillo" -Preparando "Quesillo de piña". 🍮🍍

Hello hello happy start of the weekend, it is already Saturday 🦋 today I am sharing with you another dessert made for my mother's birthday which was a very simple and quick pineapple quesillo. 🍮🍍

Hola hola felíz inicio de fin de semana, ya es sábado 🦋 hoy comparto con ustedes otro postre elaborado para el cumpleaños de mi mamá el cual fue un quesillo de piña muy sencillo y rápido. 🍮🍍

For its elaboration he used:

✓Eggs.
✓Milk.
✓Condensed milk.
✓Pineapple.

Para su elaboración he utilizado:

✓Huevos.
✓Leche.
✓Leche condensada.
✓Piña.

Everything has been very simple since I have mixed all the ingredients together in the blender, first adding the eggs, then the milk and then the condensed milk, thus obtaining a mixture.

Todo ha sido muy sencillo ya que he mezclado todos los ingredientes juntos en la licuadora, agregando primero los huevos luego la leche y luego la leche condensada obteniendo así una mezcla.

With the mixture ready, I proceeded to empty the mold into my mold, I have previously prepared it with caramel and a slice of pineapple.

Con la mezcla lista procedi a vaciar en mi molde el molde lo he preparado anteriormente con caramelo y una rodaja de piña.

With the mixture in the container add the pineapple pulp and mix again.

Con la mezcla en el envase agregue la pulpa de piña y volví a mezclar.

With everything ready, I proceeded to cook in a bain-marie for an hour, thus leaving a delicious quesillo. 🍮🍍

Ya con todo listo procedi a cocinar en baño María por una hora, quedando de esta manera un delicioso quesillo. 🍮🍍
