Buen día espero se encuentren todos bien, llenos de salud y mucha energía. Como comente en mi publicación anterior me encuentro trabajando dentro de la aeronáutica civil en una Aerolínea de mi ciudad gracias a eso he adquirido cierto conocimiento el cual deseo compartir con ustedes poco a poco.
Mi especialización es en la parte de seguridad AVSEC pero a lo largo de este viaje he adquirido conocimiento de otras áreas como lo son el departamento de plataforma, carga, despacho entre otras, debo de resaltar que es un mundo realmente hermoso.
Good day, I hope you are all well, full of health and a lot of energy. As I mentioned in my previous publication, I am working in civil aeronautics in an airline in my city, thanks to that I have acquired some knowledge which I want to share with you little by little.
My specialization is in the safety part of AVSEC but throughout this trip I have acquired knowledge of other areas such as the department of platform, cargo, dispatch among others, I must emphasize that it is a really beautiful world.

Como sabemos todo, absolutamente todo se rige por ciertas normas y la aeronáutica civil en especial no se escapa de dichas normas, son tantas que podrías enloquecer pero no, les digo que no es así, es un tema realmente sencillo de comprender solo con prestar la debida atención.
Hablemos de la OACI ¿En algún momento han llegado a escuchar estas siglas?
La OACI es nada más y nada menos que la ¡ORGANIZACIÓN DE AVIACON CIVIL INTERNACIONAL! También conocida como el convenio de chicago, esta organización fue creada en 1944 con el fin de promover los reglamentos, normas y métodos recomendados en la aeronáutica a nivel mundial. Está conformada por 19 anexos los cuales contienen normas que deben cumplirse en la aviación algunos de esos anexos son los siguientes a mencionar:
As we know everything, absolutely everything is governed by certain rules and civil aeronautics in particular does not escape from these rules, there are so many that you could ? go crazy but no, I tell you that it is not so, it is a really simple issue to understand just by paying due attention.
Let's talk about ICAO Have you ever heard these acronyms?
The ICAO is nothing less than the International Civil Aviation Organization, also known as the Chicago Convention, which was created in 1944 to promote regulations, standards and recommended practices in aeronautics worldwide. It consists of 19 annexes which contain standards to be met in aviation some of these annexes are mentioned below:

Anexo 1 Licencia al personal: La empresa se encuentra en la obligación de instruir al personal en el área para que así puedan portar una licencia para ejercer.
Anexo 17 Seguridad: Consiste en las normas y métodos recomendados para la protección de la aviación civil internacional contra actos de interferencia ilícita.
Anexo 18 Transporte sin riesgo de mercancía peligrosa por vía aérea:Consiste en las especificaciones para el etiquetado, embalaje y expedición de mercancía peligrosa. Este anexo es súper importante.
Como verán solo les resumí 3 anexos de 19 todos igual de importantes y fundamentales para ejercer en este mundo.
Appendix 1 Personnel License: The company is obliged to instruct the personnel in the area so that they can carry a license to practice.
Annex 17 Security: Consists of Standards and Recommended Practices for the protection of international civil aviation against acts of unlawful interference.
Annex 18 Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air: Consists of specifications for the labelling, packaging and shipping of dangerous goods. This annex is super important.
As you can see, I have only summarized three annexes of 19 all equally important and fundamental to practice in this world.
Existen convenios internacionales relacionados con la aviación civil los cuales son:
El convenio de Tokio, la Haya, Montreal,Beijing, Convenio sobre la marcación de explosivos plásticos para los fines de detección.
Y todo esto es solo la parte internacional como tal, en mi país la autoridad aeronáutica es conocida como el INAC, el cual fue creado en el 2005 es un ente de seguridad de estado a ellos y a ellos les compete regular, fiscalizar y supervisar las actividades de la aeronáutica civil, velar por el cumplimiento de los derechos y deberes de los usuarios del servicio público de transporte aéreo.
There are international conventions related to civil aviation which are:
The Tokyo Convention, The Hague, Montreal, Beijing, Convention on the Marking of Plastic Explosives for the Purpose of Detection.
And all this is only the international part as such, in my country the aeronautical authority is known as the INAC, which was created in 2005 is an entity of state security to them and they are responsible for regulating, controlling and supervising the activities of civil aeronautics, ensuring compliance with the rights and duties of users of public air transport service.
Como podrán observar existen muchos reglamentos que se deben cumplir para obtener una seguridad total en la aviación civil. Existen otros reglamentos o mejor dicho documentos que también son de gran uso como lo son las Regulaciones Aeronáuticas Venezolanas conocidas como RAV.
Esto es solo el principio de todo pero es lo más importante en sí, en la próxima publicación compartiré con ustedes información importante al momento de viajar como, ¿qué debo llevar como equipaje de mano? ¿qué es considerado una mercancía peligrosa? Información que es de mucha utilidad al momento de realizar un viaje y así evitarnos pasar un mal rato.
As you can see, there are many regulations that must be complied with in order to achieve total security in civil aviation. There are other regulations or better said documents that are also of great use such as the Venezuelan Aeronautical Regulations known as RAV.
This is just the beginning of everything but it is the most important thing in itself, in the next publication I will share with you important information at the time of travelling like, what should I take as hand luggage? what is considered as dangerous goods? Information that is very useful at the time of making a trip and thus avoid having a bad time.
