Today I want to share with you a new recipe, this is a delicious pancakes made with potatoes and eggs, full of flavor, I show you how to make this dish that my husband prepared on many occasions for dinner, today I craved these rich pancakes, they are a simple, quick and very healthy option, They get a golden texture and crispy on the outside and very soft inside.

Without further ado I show you the ingredients and the step by step:

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una nueva receta, se trata de unas deliciosas tortitas hechas con papas y huevos, llenas de sabor, les enseño cómo elaborar este plato que preparaba mi esposo en muchas ocasiones para cenar, hoy me antojé de estas ricas tortitas, son una opción sencilla, rápida y muy saludable, Obtienen una textura dorada y crujientes por fuera y muy suaves por dentro.

Sin más les muestro los ingredientes y el paso a paso:

-4 potatoes🥔
-1 grated onion🧅
-1 egg🥚
-3 tablespoons cornstarch
-3 tablespoons of oil
-Grated cheese🧀 to taste
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt 🧂
-1/2 teaspoon pepper

*For this recipe we obtained 5 pancakes.

-1 cebolla rallada
-1 huevo
-3 cucharadas de maicena
-3 cucharadas de aceite
-Queso rallado al gusto
-1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
-1/2 cucharadita de sal
-1/2 cucharadita de pimienta

To start with the preparation, we will wash the vegetables very well, remove the skin of both, then grate the potatoes and onion on a coarse grater.

Para empezar con la preparación vamos a lavar muy bien las verduras, quitamos la piel a ambas, luego, rallamos las papas y la cebolla por la parte gruesa del rallador.

Next, crack the egg and add it to the container of the preparation, stir very well until it is integrated and forms a homogeneous mixture.

Seguidamente, cascamos el huevo y lo agregamos al envase de la preparación, removemos muy bien hasta integrar y formar una mezcla homogénea.

Seguidamente, añadimos la maicena y removemos. Luego, rallamos el queso y lo integramos con el resto de los ingredientes.

Agregamos los condimentos a nuestras tortitas: ajo, sal y pimienta negra, removemos hasta que quede muy bien integrado.

Después, llevamos la sartén a la hornilla a fuego alto y agregamos el aceite, esperamos se caliente, seguidamente agarramos una porción de la mezcla con la ayuda de una cucharilla, aplastamos para formar nuestras tortitas.
