Sarah: "The download link is wrong."
Me: "Wrong? Do you mean it's broken?"
Sarah: "No, it goes to our old brochure!"
Me: "Umm? OK but...."
Sarah: "I've just emailed you our new brochure."
Me: "Oh I see, you want me to replace the brochure with this one?"
Sarah: "Yes."
