Today I want to share a very simple new recipe. Again and again, I use tofu as the basic ingredient of this dish. I hope you don't get bored with this. Why do I often use tofu as an ingredient in cooking? Because tofu is very easy to find anywhere. So, there are various ways to cook it. In addition, because tofu contains protein that is needed by our bodies. In Indonesia we call it Tahu. In your country, what is it called?
OK, I won't say too much. So, let's get started!
CRISPY TOFU WITH CHILI AND GARLIC
THE INGREDIENTS
- Tofu
- chilies (According to your taste)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon powdered broth
- Cooking oil
- Crispy flour
- Leeks
HOW TO COOK IT?
Step 1
Cut the tofu into small pieces according to taste
Step 2
Sprinkle the crispy flour over the tofu, then stir so that the tofu is well wrapped in flour
Step 3
Heat cooking oil and fry the tofu until it looks crispy
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic and leeks and fry them with 2 tablespoons of fried oil
Step 5
After that add the tofu then salt and powdered broth. Stir well then turn off the stove.
Step 6
Serve on a plate
