Hello, friends especially foodies!

Today i would like to share about one of our foodie experience, last Saturday, after we bought some groceries then got hungry again. The food stall where we had our snacks was located near the supermarket's gate and it was next to the stall where we had bought some takeaway...

Here was the food stall

Not large but this brand was famous in my city.

This food stall only sold kind of shewmay. They had shewmay made from fish, chicken and shrimp. Also they had another kind of shewmay too such as potato, cabbage, bittergourd, boiled egg or even the fish shewmay with egg inside. While the kind of drink beverages we could choose there were sweet tea, soy milk, and even wintermelon extract drink.

We then ordered what we wanted, and the seller prepared it right away.

Ta da, here was the snack we had..

Both of us ordered fish shewmay, shrimp shewmay, potato, and egg filling shrimp shewmay.

The texture of their shewmay were soft but chewy. It had savory tasty flavour where you could taste the real fish and shrimp used as the ingredient. The shewmay also served with peanut paste which had savory and a bit sweet flavour, sweet soy sauce, chilli sauce which brought spicy and sour flavour plus lime pressed so it had fresh sour flavour too. Hmmmh, yum!

The drink we had was wintermelon drink. It had sweet fresh flavour of wintermelon, served chilled which brought more fresh to it.

For the food we paid 59,500 IDR where i got 6k cashback, while the drink was 10K IDR and i got 1k cashback. So totally we paid 63,500 IDR or around 3.6 USD, i thought for that real fish shewmay this price was fair...
