Hello, friends especially needleworkers!
Today i finally could share what i had finished on the weekend, a cute wood animals bag charm. It was fun to make and also so cute.

Materials & Things needed:

an embroidery hoop
embroidery floss (light grey, light pink, cream, orange, brown, pink, green, black)
cross stitch fabric
thin natural colour fabric
sewing thread (maroon and white)
fabric ribbon
craft scissors

Hints:

use double floss for the cross stitch
use a strain of floss for the back stitch (border line)
for bunny eyes: make the french knots

How to make it:

First, i started by doing the cross stitch. It started from the bunny with light grey then inside the ears, light pink and cream for the middle of the body and also for the face.

After finished the bunny, made a fox with orange floss. Like the bunny, i cross stitch from the outside then inside. In the middle with cream.

And then for the hedgedog, cross stitch also from the outter part to inner with brown and then cream. I also made a butterfly with pink and soft pink on right top. After all finished, made the border line with black floss.

I also started from the bunny, made the border line and also eyes. For the eyes i made the french knots like below.

Continue to the fox then hedgedog. Also the butterfly.

Then i decided to add the green grass below and a small butterfly on the left. I also made the border line for the butterfly. Ta da, it's finished.

Next the hand sewing part. Put the fabric upon and under the cross stitch fabric like on the picture then used pins to join them together. Then handsew around with the maroon thread as the helper.
