I am not sure about how I will do this yet, but in order to encourage myself to post more often and on a semi-regular schedule I have decided to do possibly the most cliche thing ever... A coffee time styled post!
For anyone who doesn't know, these posts/videos are essentially a type of post where one simply talks about what is on their mind, and rambles a bit. I'm not sure what format to follow yet, but these are my ideas:
Idea #1
3+ posts a week, with each post being on whatever topics are on my mind/about my life. I will include a 'picture of the day' in each post.
Idea #2
Have set days or a set order to release different posts in. This means that one post might be on photography, the second on life, and the third on movies. This will repeat every week.
The first idea appeals more to me as it gives me more freedom and I can post what I want (whatever is on my mind), while also keeping a schedule that makes me post. There will still be content in each post that is similar (Picture of the day), but each post will also be about different topics.
This will mean I post more in a blog format, but that works for me. It's hard to always post pictures as that means I constantly need to be taking pictures that are up to the minimum quality I want to post (which isn't always). And I tend to post multiple images at a time rather than one or two because I believe it's more valuable. This means sometimes I have a lack of images to post, and these regular posts would fix that content drought.
What does everyone think? I am curious to hear some opinions from others because I want to know what would be appreciated/liked by people :)
