Der Muttertag ist ein Tag zu Ehren der Mutter und der Mutterschaft. Er hat sich seit 1914, beginnend in den Vereinigten Staaten, in der westlichen Welt etabliert. Im deutschsprachigen Raum, den USA und anderen L盲ndern wird er am zweiten Sonntag im Mai gefeiert. Im Vereinigten K枚nigreich wird hingegen der vierte Sonntag in der Fastenzeit als Muttertag begangen.

Von aussen hat der Muttertags-Kuchen eine feine Schicht aus Mascarpone & Sahne die ein wenig mit einem P眉ree aus den Fr眉chten verfeinert wurde.
The fruits, fresh raspberries and blueberries are in the cake in the cream as well as on top of the cake as a visual treat.
Die Fr眉chte, frische Himbeeren und Blaubeeren sind in der Torte in der Creme wie auch oben auf der Torte als optische Verf眉hrung.
