Torta marmoleada de animales marinos🎂🐢🐟🐙🦑 paso a paso. [ESP-ENG]

Feliz noche amigos! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el paso a paso de esta bella torta que hice para una asociación que se encarga de cuidar las tortugas y siempre me encargan tortas cuándo tienen eventos.

Good night friends! Today I want to share with you the step by step of this beautiful cake that I made for an association that takes care of turtles and they always order me cakes when they have events.

Para hacer está torta necesitamos:

• 9 huevos.
• 6 tazas de harina
• 3 tazas de azúcar.
• 375 gr mantequilla.
• 1 1/2 tazas de agua.
• 50 gr de cacao.
• ralladura de naranja.

To make this cake we need:

• 9 eggs.
• 6 cups of flour.
• 3 cups of sugar.
• 375 gr butter.
• 1 1/2 cups of water.
• 50 gr of cocoa.
• Orange zest.

Para comenzar vamos a colocar la mantequilla y la mitad de la azúcar y vamos a batir esto bien hasta que nuestros ingredientes estén bien integrados.

To begin we are going to place the butter and half of the sugar and we are going to beat this well until our ingredients are well integrated.

Ahora a nuestra mezcla vamos a colocar las yemas.

Now to our mixture we are going to place the yolks.

Ahora vamos a agregar la harina de trigo.

Now we are going to add the wheat flour.

Agregamos el agua y mezclamos bien para evitar tener grumos en la mezcla.

We add the water and mix well to avoid having lumps in the mixture.

Las claras y la mitad de la azúcar que reservamos vamos a preparar un merengue y lo vamos a agregar en la mezcla.

The whites and half of the sugar that we reserve, we are going to prepare a meringue and we are going to add it to the mixture.

La mezcla la vamos a dividir en dos. Y a una de estas partes le vamos a agregar ralladura de naranja.

We are going to divide the mixture in two. And to one of these parts we are going to add orange zest.

A la otra parte le vamos a agregar el cacao.

To the other part we are going to add the cocoa.

Comenzamos agregando la mezcla de naranja.

We start by adding the orange mixture.

Y luego la mezcla del cacao.

And then the cocoa mixture.

Así queda cuando colocamos toda la mezcla y la llevamos al horno.

This is how it remains when we place all the mixture and take it to the oven.

Una vez la horneamos queda así.

Once we bake it, it looks like this.

La vamos a decorar con merengue italiano. En tono azul claro.

We are going to decorate it with Italian meringue. In light blue tone.

Para terminarla la decoramos con animales marinos que imprimimos.

To finish it we decorate it with marine animals that we print.
