Y está deliciosa torta se ha convertido en una de las favoritas, está es una de las diferentes presentaciones que la he realizado. En esta ocasión es una mini cake de naranja, decorada con merengue italiano y algunas galletas.

Sigue leyendo y te enseño cómo la hago. Para hacer este mini cake necesitamos:

• 3 huevos.
• 2 tazas de harina de trigo.
• 1 taza de azúcar.
• media taza de mantequilla.
• media taza de agua.
• ralladura de naranja.

Para decorarla utilice:

• 2 claras de huevo.
• 150 gr de azúcar.
• 1/4 de taza de azúcar.
• galletas.
• chocolate.

• 3 eggs.
• 2 cups of wheat flour.
• 1 cup of sugar.
• half a cup of butter.
• half cup water.
• Orange zest.

To decorate it use:

• 2 egg whites.
• 150 gr of sugar.
• 1/4 cup of sugar.
• cookies.
• chocolate.

Vamos a comenzar agregando la media taza de mantequilla y vamos a colocar la mitad de nuestra azúcar. Es decir media taza de azúcar. Vamos a batir bien hasta que nuestros materiales se integren bien.

We are going to start by adding the half cup of butter and we are going to place half of our sugar. That is half a cup of sugar. We are going to beat well until our materials are well integrated.

Ahora a está mezcla le vamos a agregar las 3 yemas. Ya que las claras las vamos a usar más adelante.

Now to this mixture we are going to add the 3 yolks. Since the whites we are going to use later.

Ahora vamos a colocar la harina de trigo.

Now we are going to place the wheat flour.

Y ahora colocamos el agua. También podríamos agregar media taza de jugo de naranja para potenciar más el sabor de nuestra torta.

Ahora con las claras y la azúcar que dejamos vamos a preparar un merengue y lo vamos a incorporar en nuestra mezcla.

Y por último vamos a agregar la ralladura de naranja y mezclar bien.

Colocamos la mezcla en un molde y llevamos al horno.
