Feliz noche amigos hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el paso a paso de este delicioso puré de papas que le colocamos cebolla y cilantro, es delicioso e ideal para acompañar pollo o carne.

Para preparar este puré necesitamos:
- 5 papas.
- 1/2 cebolla.
- 1/4 de taza de mantequilla.
- cilantro.
- leche.
- sal.
To prepare this puree we need:
- 5 potatoes.
- 1/2 onion.
- 1/4 cup of butter.
- coriander.
- milk.
- Salt.
Lo primero que vamos a hacer es colocar las papas en una olla con agua y llevar a cocinarlas. Hasta que las papas estén blandas.

Aquí ya tenemos las papas peladas y las vamos a aplastar para hacer el pure.

Por otro lado vamos a colocar la mantequilla en un sartén a qué se derrita.

Ahora agregamos media cebolla cortada finamente en la mantequilla y dejamos que se cocine.

Una vez ya tenemos el puré agregamos la cebolla que cocinamos en la mantequilla.

Agregamos el cilantro y un poco de sal.
