Feliz noche amigos de Be entrepreneur est谩 noche quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de el encargo que tuve el d铆a de ayer que debo decir que ame el resultado final aunque sent铆 que fue un reto por los colores ya que al trabajar con colores fuertes como el rojo o negro puede da帽ar el merengue ya que se debe colocar bastante cantidad de colorante y esto puede da帽ar la consistencia de el merengue y al agregar tanto colorante tambi茅n puede dar un sabor amargo. Pero la verdad es que no pas贸 nada de esto con esta torta y este fue el resultado final. Un trabajo hermoso.
C贸mo emprendedora soy tan feliz cuando tengo ventas, ya que esto es el sustento de mi hogar y en estos 煤ltimos meses he sido tan feliz porque la mejor publicidad que he tenido son mis clientes ya que aman mi trabajo y sobretodo me recomiendan. Todo esto ha sido gracias a una de mis hermanas que me recomend贸 con unas amigas y est谩 ha comprado varias tortas en estos meses y a su vez est谩 amiga me recomend贸 con m谩s personas y as铆 la cantidad de clientes a aumentado y se que seguir谩 aumentando y eso sin lugar a dudas me hace tan feliz y me motiva a seguir trabajando y dar lo mejor de mi. Cada que hago una venta trato de invertir una parte en materiales, colorantes o alg煤n molde que necesite. Es maravilloso ver lo lejos que he llegado y se que a煤n falta tanto por lograr. Pero as铆 sea cada peque帽o logro lo voy a festejar.
Happy night friends of Be entrepreneur tonight I want to share with you a bit of the assignment I had yesterday that I must say that I love the final result although I felt that it was a challenge because of the colors since when working with strong colors like red or black can damage the meringue since a large amount of coloring must be added and this can damage the consistency of the meringue and adding so much coloring can also give a bitter taste. But the truth is that none of this happened with this cake and this was the end result. A beautiful job.
As an entrepreneur I am so happy when I have sales, since this is the livelihood of my home and in recent months I have been so happy because the best publicity I have had is my clients since they love my work and above all they recommend me. All this has been thanks to one of my sisters who recommended me with some friends and she has bought several cakes in these months and in turn this friend recommended me with more people and thus the number of clients has increased and I know it will continue to increase and that without a doubt it makes me so happy and motivates me to keep working and give my best. Every time I make a sale I try to invest a part in materials, dyes or any mold that I need. It is wonderful to see how far I have come and know that there is still so much to achieve. But so be every little achievement I'm going to celebrate.
