El primer año de HIVE🎉 lo celebramos con una torta de chocolate y naranja🍫🍊🎂 paso a paso [ESP-ENG]

Feliz noche amigos de Hive. Ayer se cumplió un año de la creación de este maravilloso lugar, recuerdo que hace un año no tenia idea de como iba a ir todo esto y aquí estoy hoy muy feliz y orgullosa de ser parte de esta gran familia y por eso hice esta hermosa torta para celebrar!

• Good night Hive friends. Yesterday it was a year since the creation of this wonderful place, I remember that a year ago I had no idea how all this was going to go and here I am today very happy and proud to be part of this great family and that is why I made this beautiful cake to celebrate!

Para hacer esta torta necesitamos:

• 3 huevos.

• 200 gr de harina de trigo.

• 125 gr de mantequilla.

• 1 taza de azúcar.

• media taza de agua.

• 20 gr de cacao.

• ralladura de naranja.

• To make this cake we need:

• 3 eggs.

• 200 gr of wheat flour.

• 125 g of butter.

• 1 cup of sugar.

• half cup water.

• 20 gr of cocoa.

• Orange zest.

Aquí tenemos en un recipiente la mantequilla con la mitad de la azúcar, en otro las claras y en otro las yemas.

• Here we have the butter in a container with half the sugar, in another the whites and in another the yolks.

Aquí ya tenemos las claras batidas a punto de nieve con el resto de la azúcar que separamos al principio. Esta mezcla la vamos a dejar a un lado para usarla ya casa al final de nuestra preparación.

• Here we already have the whites beaten to the point of snow with the rest of the sugar that we separated at the beginning. We are going to put this mixture aside to use it at home at the end of our preparation.

Aquí ya tenemos bien incorporada la azúcar y la mantequilla.

• Here we already have the sugar and butter well incorporated.

Ahora a esta mezcla le agregamos las yemas y mezclamos muy bien.

• Now to this mixture we add the yolks and mix very well.

Es momento de ir agregando la harina de trigo.

• It is time to add the wheat flour.

Y ahora agregamos el agua.

• And now we add the water.

Ahora es momento de agregar las claras que habíamos batido anteriormente.

• Now is the time to add the whites that we had beaten previously.

Así luce nuestra mezcla. Y ahora voy a separar en partes ya que a una le voy a agregar cacao y a otra ralladura de naranja.

• This is what our mix looks like. And now I'm going to separate it into parts since I'm going to add cocoa to one and an orange zest to another.

Cocine nuestra mezcla en nuestros moldes y haré una torta de capas, realmente deliciosa.

• Cook our mixture in our molds and I'll make a layer cake, really delicious.

Comenzare a pegar nuestras capas con crema de mantequilla de naranja y chocolate.

• I'll start gluing our layers with orange and chocolate buttercream.

Así va quedando el relleno de nuestra torta.

• This is how the filling of our cake is left.

Ya cuando tenemos nuestra torta armada preparamos un delicioso merengue italiano.

• When we have our cake we prepare a delicious Italian meringue.

Así vamos decorando.

Así luce cuando picamos la torta. Y espero sean muchos los años que celebremos ser parte de Hive.
