This was inspired from the Vietnamese Caramelized Pork Bowl which is one of Vietnam's famous dish. It is a must-try! Hopefully, I can find time to make a post on the recipe and procedure. I liked it paired with rice but you can also pair it with cauliflower rice, vegetable salad or noodles. Let me know if you tried this!
