Delicious Vegetables au Gratin (Esp/ Eng)

Los ingredientes a utilizar en esta receta son: // The ingredients to be used in this recipe are:

1 zanahoria
1 berenjena
1 calabacín
2 patatas
1 cebolla
1 tallo de cebollino
1/2 pimiento rojo
100 gr de queso mozzarella
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
Sal
Pimienta

1 carrot
1 Eggplant
1 Zucchini
2 Potatoes
1 Onion
1 chive stalk
1/2 red bell pepper
100 gr mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Lo primero que hago es cocer la zanahoria y las patatas en una vaporera, luego le quito la piel al calabacín y a la berenjena, luego la corto en cubos grandes y la pongo a cocer al vapor primero el calabacín y luego la berenjena.

The first thing I do is to cook the carrot and potatoes in a steamer, then I remove the skin from the zucchini and eggplant, then I cut it into large cubes and put it to steam first the zucchini and then the eggplant.

Mientras tanto corté la cebolla, el calabacín en dados pequeños y el pimentón en juliana.

Meanwhile I cut the onion, the zucchini into small cubes and the bell pepper into julienne strips.

Ahora coloco en la cocina a fuego medio una sartén y agrego aceite y dejo que se caliente luego agrego la cebolla y el cebollín y dejo que se cocine hasta que se dore y luego agrego el pimentón.

Now I place on the stove over medium heat a frying pan and add oil and let it heat up then add the onion and chives and let it cook until golden brown and then add the paprika.

Ahora añado las zanahorias, los calabacines, las berenjenas y las patatas y mezclo para integrarlo todo, luego añado sal y pimienta y lo dejo cocer un minuto.

Now I add the carrots, zucchini, eggplants and potatoes and mix to integrate all, then I add salt and pepper and let it cook for a minute.

Luego en un recipiente refractario unto mantequilla y agrego las verduras y encima pongo el queso mozzarella rallado y luego lo llevo al horno por 5 minutos o hasta que el queso se gratine y pasado el tiempo se retira del horno listo este gratinado de vegetales.

Then in a refractory container I spread butter and add the vegetables and on top I put the grated mozzarella cheese and then take it to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is gratinized and after the time it is removed from the oven ready this gratin vegetables.
