Preparar pizzas en casa es algo que me encanta hacer porque soy amante de ellas y cuando tengo ganas de prepararlas me animo a hacerlas porque las disfrutamos en familia, además hoy en día el mercado nos ofrece ingredientes para hacerla en casa más rápidamente, encontramos las pre pizzas, el pan de pita, las tortillas que es la base del pan, también encontramos la salsa ya lista, en fin, lo único que hacemos es comprar y listo y así ahorramos tiempo y dinero. Así que amigos espero que le guste mi receta de hoy.
Preparing pizzas at home is something I love to do because I love them and when I feel like preparing them I dare to make them because we enjoy them with the family, also today the market offers us ingredients to make it at home more quickly, we find the pre pizzas, pita bread, tortillas which is the base of the bread, we also find the sauce already ready, in short, all we do is buy and ready and thus save time and money. So friends I hope you like my recipe today.
- Place the base these that I got are huge and sold to make pizzas, so I put it in a pizza container and spread butter on it.
- Then I put the sauce on the base I used one that I bought that says it is for pizza sauce, this one is very good, what I did was to add a teaspoon of oregano to give it more flavor.
- Then I put the grated mozzarella cheese, if you want you can put another type of cheese but I like the flavor of this cheese and it is also very good for gratin.
- Now add all the toppings you want, I only added leg ham and julienned red pepper, but you can use corn, onion, bacon, tomatoes, whatever you want.
- At the end I put cheese again, I do it this way because I like cheese on top.
- Now I put it in the preheated oven and let it cook for 10 minutes, it is prepared quickly because the dough is already cooked, what you have to wait is for the cheese to brown.
