That's why today I present you "Beef Liver" which is an easy and simple recipe. Life is about unique and unforgettable moments, that's why this dish is the right one.
This dish is very nutritious and contains proteins, vitamins and iron, it favours people suffering from anaemia because of its high iron content. It is very simple to make and requires very few ingredients. From time to time I make this recipe liver, because it is not recommended for daily consumption.
Clean and wash the liver steaks
In a bowl add vinegar, salt and pepper and dip the liver steaks (ideal to do it 2 or 3 hours before for a better maceration)
In a frying pan we heat up with the oil.
When it is hot, we fry the pieces of liver for two minutes, turning them over so that they get all over, just to brown them.
When the onions are browned we add the fried liver cut in julienne, stir and cook until the onion liver is soft.
Stir-fry for 2 or 3 minutes over a low heat
When serving, first place the liver and onion on top
At the end you put the chopped parsley all over the plate
Beef liver should be eaten freshly cooked, because when the minutes go by it tends to get hard.
