First of all, let me get thing clear, I'm not anyway promoting a site of explicit material by any mean. In general, I'm sharing what am I doing and chances of success rate could be if I do this. So let's stop the rant and get on with #steem business.
I received an airdrop of 500 #porn tokens and little did I know how they got in to my account. For a moment, I thought of selling them as a discussion with friends that find this is sinful in terms of religion. I asked myself, am I that holy after all? The answer is no. The little me deep inside is yelling out loud for release and head over to www.dporn.co and have a look at their tribes. Well, I'm right(who wants to go left?). It's lustful, it's lucrative, not many participant just yet as needed verification. I know I will not commit to these lustful activity, but I know I'm not holy at all. I can sell the tokens immediately to grab some #steems away. But what does that mean? It's no difference than taking dirty money from a dirty industry's work. In the end someone will have to buy that token with steem and in the end one still have access to the "crime" per se. If I'm that holy after all, I could have send those tokens to 
Does burning the token stop the industry? OK that was too over confidence, let's just say stop the tribe from thriving? The answer is no. The more it get burn, the more these token become valuable. It's better to burn it faster than the printing rate, and #porn will become a rare "mineral".

It's not like I can do anything to stop my little self from checking kinky stuff over the Internet. Since I have a spare account, trust me I tried to run a food blog resteem service for free, and the voting power I have donated with another well established steemian, is just way too small for people to even consider our work worthwhile. Since the account is in dormant status, might as well put it into good use? Now the account received my delegation to it, and it is trailing some of the most prominent #porn content creator's upvote as curation initiative.
I took a look at my current vote value on my alt, indeed it's fascinating. I've been working on my SP until today standing at effectively close to 3700sp, and my upvote would worth only 0.05. Whereas, 500 #porn is currently voting 0.3. You may be arguing on the actual dollar value, well before you take anything out from the blockchain, these crypto are only numbers. Dollar value is simply by mean of economical measurement.
So once again, this is not a write up to promote erotic content or by any mean of encouraging pornograpgy. I'm just saying if you're not supporting a tribe, be it holy or not for some reasons, you can choose a better way to liquidate your airdrops.
- Sell to people who need them and want them. Park at higher price instead of selling them cheap just to get yourself out of the situation. Why would you hurt other people's rice bowl by selling cheap?
- If you're after all the holy one, then don't sell it. Since it's taking money from the dirty pit, throw them away and burn them instead. Don't kill the industry because you don't like it.
- Start to see things as business. take a look at the bid and ask price, they're not far apart, which simply reflect that people are transacting the token at a reasonable see saw price auction game.
If you ask me why would not I dump my #porn token? I would suggest you NOT to enjoy the show at their tribe, but read the content of how their content contributor do. They want a tripod, they "work" for it and post it for consumer. Consumer agreed, upvote the content with crypto value, author take the crypto and sell it. Consumer buy back the token at a decent price.
Despite it is not a fully functional tokenomic, but it's a start. The only concern is, how will freeloader like myself fit into this business?
