Back to reality, things are getting more nasty day after another. It's the 6 days since the movement controlled order taken place, which means citizens are advised to remain at home at all costs.
I was going to go pack some food, as soon as I turn out from the junction, suddenly I felt the back was sagging behind and I heard intermittent muffled ticking sound. Immediately I pulled over and check on my tires, and found this little guy gave up on me. Great! If I call the road side assistant, I'm not only need to wait for a long time before the road assist came to rescue, I just do not know if the person who come to help, whether is he "clean". At this very moment, everyone is suspicious, including myself. I guess this is the best time to do some workout and get some sunlight and sweat a little. I had the spare replaced and I'm on the road again.
As of March 23, the order has been escalated. My office finally close down and we packed up our stuff and getting ready to move our office back home. Looking out from the window, despite the controlled order take place, people are still going out. But ofcourse, it's less crowded compare to those days before the pandemic breakout.
It's really quiet at the residential area in the morning. One thing is, people doesn't need to go to work anymore, naturally not many will wake up early. Trust me, they don't even give a damn after they woke up, it's like free holiday for them. I better quickly get my chores done.
A view looking from far, construction site is now stopped. I begin to wonder, how are they going to survive? As I know, construction worker getting paid by the day wage. Which means if they don't work, they'll absolutely no income. This is only the first week, what happen to coming week? Will they able to survive? If they don't, what are they going to do? I'm kinda worry now on personal safety during the coming days.
This was taken last week, whilst I was on my way back home, I need to sneak into the mall to make a pee. There's so many outlet put out a sign of closing sales up to 70% discount. Which is no wonder why the global economy crisis now. Nothing can survive. Everybody will be hoarding at rock hard cash, talk about liquidity. The center stage of the mall is usually fill up with carts, are now empty.
The park is extremely quiet as well. Where are the dogs? Where are the people? I'm not here for workout, was just walking pass this place heading to the nearby community convenient stall to pick up some supply.
Atleast, we still gotta enjoy some homecook cheese omelet now. Vegetables ran out. Meat ran out. We have some bake beans, some eggs and a few slices of cheese, so here's what we got. I don't dare to workout today, am afraid if I get hungry too fast. Let's hope for the best in coming days and nobody want a lock down, period!
