I got a stash of banana from the mall we went on Saturday, by the time we bought it, it was still green. However, it feels like within 24 hours, things goes dark very quickly. The banana suddenly turned yellow become super soft and few of those fallen off from where I hung them. I've got no choice but to quickly finished it.
Many of our usual restaurant is either closed down for good, some closed for renovation. I'm not sure if this applicable to the rest of the world, but we Malaysian usually experience a renovation or restaurant upgrade after Chinese new year. So me and junior went and pack a Thai basil chicken. It was spicy, but it taste marvelous and I'm hungry. Apologize unable to provide you a presentable food photography.
I'm a 6th grader in Piano certified by ABRSM decades ago, I'd tried to teach the kids when they're still very young. They didn't pick up at all, mainly because I'm not playing or practicing on a daily basis. However, lately junior has been fiddling with the sound effect. Set the effect with strong instruments combined with choir shades, hit the low E and darn it, sounded super dark!
As mentioned earlier, had to continue eating all the bananas I can before they turn black. You don't wanna know how much I dislike banana now as I've finished them all in a day.
On an unrelated note, we Chinese like to eat the oil fried ghost. I know the name sounded dark, but 油炸鬼is just a name for the double barrel fried strip, it's just a donut that doesn't look like donut. we cut it up and like to dunk it in coffee. In this case, I go with cappuccino 🤣 French coffee and Chinese donut, what a combination.
I've had some success in my diet over the past 1 week, and I think I'm doing it a little over. I attained my January target and on my way to get my February weight at 74.8kg. I got a shocked when I hit 74.0 on Sunday after morning walk. in the spirit of keep the weight loss journey going, and also to finished the over ripped banana, I gotta have them all, and guess what happened this morning? I will let the pictures do the talking.
I'll leave you with a meme where I'm proving you anything can go dark, and to the next level. 4kg at a matter of 1 day. Seriously, WTF
