Frankly though, after yesterday's Spoilt Day, today is another going to spoil day ahead. The good part is, everything started at the right side of the corner. I can literally take a deep breathe and imagine what is going to happen for the rest of the day!

Beautiful sunrise

Before I gotten too fat, I used to spend every weekend climbing the hill. After I got too fat, I'm just hesitated to go uphill anymore. Not that I don't want to go up, but coming down from the hill causes a lot of impact to my knee cap and it's very painful. So, today went for half the hill, and the marvelous view is still there, but at a lower altitude.

Green , fresh and dog poo

As a community park, this place is supposed to be well maintain by park management, the residential maintenance associates, and last but not least, the residence themselves should take care of their own dog poo. But, the west side of this park is not easy. I saw people willingly to service their dog's ass, but I guess thats because of more people utilizing the main park, whereas less people at the West Park, people tend to "forget" the important of collecting the drop off from their dog's ass. It's kinda danger to the shoes, and ofcourse if someone stepped on those chocolate truffle, it's going to be very beautiful.

Famous German car brand having roadshow

The car park opposite of Arkadia is really huge. Car maker usually like to rent this carpark and bring their vehicle for test drive here. If anyone(believe me I did it before) would like to try doing their evening walk around this area, it will be entirely different kind of smell compare to what I have in the morning. In early morning, at most you get tons of carbon dioxide, dog poo smell, but generally it's cooling and less dangerous due to less car in the morning. But when it comes to the serious part of if, what if we did it in the evening. Trust me, there will be a lot of rubber smell and exhaust fume, which is far more dangerous than in the morning, in my opinion.

How do I look after 1 week of diet?

To be honest, absolutely no change. May be I'm trying to convince myself that I'm doing great so far, but I notice my jaw line started to come back?! Dont get carried away. I will do my best to maintain that position.

Breakfast before breakfast

Like usual, before heading the breakfast, I will have to finish some house chores. Good thing to have a washing machine, it already does most of the work whilst I was out jogging. So I can get those laundry done first, but half way there, I started eating Chinese pastry again. This they call Sesame and onion oil biscuit.

Breakfast after breakfast

Finally, I did all my house chores and quickly drove my car to the neaer by shopping mall and ordered the regular wrap and a cup of coffee.

Loneliness

I should really consider to attend church in Sunday, so I don't feel so left out. Those little monsters went to church with their mom, and I am here ordering their food for them, whilst I'm eating alone.

MIB International

Since we're at the mall, ex-girlfriend suggest to put those little monsters to their grandparent's house, so we can have some good time. Here comes the bleeding part, Sunday watch movie, the package is as good as buying a new DVD player for home use.

The sinful stuff

The movie was ok, but I'm not anywhere near to qualify as a movie review writer. If you're interested to find out more of Steem movie review, kindly find this #aaatag useful. May be that's what they use to "transport" people/object. But the sinful part is, I'm eating like 1/4 of the DVD player for the price I so far.
