Here we go. Today I actually did 2 sessions of workout, once in the morning since I canceled my morning walk. Again in the evening after I've done all the house chores, quickly I hit the button and get it started whilst I'm still out of excuse. Last week, I missed one day, this week I missed two days. So, utilizing the weekend rest days to catches back should be sufficient. I'm going to have to try to workout once more tomorrow and I think I will be alright.

Miss that sexy legs? Yeah I missed them too. Been awhile I haven't been wearing these skin tight pants for workout. Why do we need skin tight? Well, ask anyone who has a chubby thigh like the size of a tree trunk, skin tight sports pants is needed to avoid friction when doing excessive foot work. 80 mountain climber is not alot, but it can also wreck my skin.

Breakfast

Those little monsters haven't been to KFC breakfast for like a year now. I think the last we tried KFC breakfast was last year Chirstmas or New Yearcount down in town(last year or the year before, can't remember exactly when). Since ex-girlfriend not at home, it's a good chance to bring along the fellas go and whack so good KFC wraps with chicken tender and tomatoes in cheese sauce. Freaking marvelous.

Lunch

After tuition, I asked the little monsters what do they want for lunch, their answer is - NOT HUNGRY. Oh... you know how it goes. Kids being kids, as soon as I drove us to Tesco, saw the donut shop and there's their lunch. So we packed some donuts for them, but I'm on diet. How can I whack donuts? Not quite what I have in mind, but I went for another wraps at Subway.

Chicken slice wrap, with only olive oil and pepper. I think this should be alright, keep it simple and less "productive" sauce should keep the calories count as low as possible.

Guilty dinner

Finally, I broke the promise. It's heavy rain in the evening after sending the big monster and her grandmother to the convention to meet with ex-girlfriend. Left me with little monsters, with heavy rain I can't possibly bringing him anywhere for dinner except someplace with covered car park. So, the nearest would be 1MK. We scout around for a little bit and finally he decided he wanted a waffle, and I'm a little too hungry, ordered a set of fried chicken. Seriously, who doesn't do root beer in A&W.

On the side note, do you know in Malaysia. The term in Islamic, anything with the wording of "beer" is considered prohibited. So, even international franchise Root Beer is banned if they continue to use the general term of "beer". Now, we have A&W root Sarsi or what? HAH!

This is not a competition with @erikahfit but we respect each other and we give mutual support to each other so we will be on track and keep ourselves motivated. I want my sexy beach body, and she wanted a healthier body. I will recycle this portion of footer to keep reminding us we're on a mission.
