I took my mom to Kaiser today. As I was waiting in the hallway I seen this stairway there. There are some that take the stairs, but most take the elevator.
Since mom had to go to the third floor, we did take the elevator. Maybe if I was by myself I would take the stairs.
When I used to work at the telephone company, the last building that I worked at did have stairs. I liked running up the stairs and taking two steps at a time up or down. It is always good exercise to take the stairs if one can that is.
In other buildings sometimes I found that if I ran the stairs fast enough, I would find that I could even beat the elevators. Well, I was young in those days too. I think now days on my best try I would be slower than the elevators.
I remember reading a book where a person says, I am not afraid of anything, but old age. He was a great warrior, but even old age came upon him, as it will come upon all of us that live that long.
Yes, even that great mighty warrior that used to use a very heavy mace, can no longer pick it up as the great warrior had grown old and did not have the strength that he used to have, as in his youth.
It happens to all of us in do time.
I can still carry things, but a 40 bottle package of 16.9 ounce bottles of water is getting a little heavy for me now. Yes, also a fifty pound sack of rice is starting to get a little heavy for me also. Yes, I can still do such things, but they are getting heavy now.
Well, I am 61 years old as I write. Some say I look young for my age, I guess I better workout a little more so I can maintain as long as I can.
I know I want to keep eating things with lots of minerals. I know if the body is missing a certain vitamin or mineral it will cause lack in the body. It may even cause one to age faster. That is why I like to eat things like seaweed and liver.
I have noticed from Youtube videos, that some people that used to be strict vegans are now eating meat . I used to be vegetarian too for some years, but started to eat meat again, when I came back to Jesus I started to really look into the scriptures.
Now these vegans seemed to be missing something as the body will always tell if something is missing. With Youtube being about 14 years old now, as I write. It is easy to look upon older videos of these vegans to see how that kind of eating has done to their body.
Of course even if one would eat meat, all has to be in moderation.
For those that are vegans and seem to be missing something, look at this in the scriptures, as it is written, Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 1 Timothy 4:1-3.
So it is OK to eat meat. It was that way since the great flood of Noah's time. As it is written, Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. Genesis 9:3. Now even in those days they were not to eat blood. They had to drain out the blood even in those days.
About blood, there are a satanic type of people that do drink the blood of children. You know that Epstein didn't kill himself. No, there are very powerful people that have done very bad things in the tunnels under Epstein's island and need to keep that kind of inequity quiet.
Now what does the scripture say about such things? As it is written, For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither hid, that shall not be known and come abroad. Luke 8:17. So it will all be known what happened in the tunnels of Epstein's island and those who are involved.
Why do such want to drink the blood of children? Because the satanic want to break every commandment of God. That reminds me of another scripture, as it is written, For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king. 1 Samuel 15:23.
Let's end with a scripture, with Jesus speaking, And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Luke 10:18.
