Cooking is a part of my life I am very curious about what is happening behind the kitchen. I started learning from the best chef in the world which is my mom bias! These will be cooking article series (if I have time) I can post it with my Journey from Pampanga to Samar series and Helping a friend series.

Let's start with Chicken Kare-Kare you can use any protein with it.

Ingredients:
Any protein
Peanut butter
Vegetable (eggplant, string beans and any kind of leafy veg)
Onions and garlic
Shrimp paste for dipping sauce
(As you notice there is no kilograms or number of onions etc. This is according to taste I'm not a chef)
