Bingsu or Bingsoo (Korean Shaved Ice) is probably one of the many reasons why I should be thanking the Koreans for introducing us their awesome line-up of foods. This is a popular desert in Korea which has a variety of ingredients to choose from such as the traditional red beans (this one's my favorite!), and the available seasonal fruits such as strawberry, mango, and many more.
