What better condiment to accompany your burger than bacon?
My food truck serves up a not so common beef bacon slice that you can get as an add-on to your burger. It only cost RM2 (0.5 USD/1.19 STEEM) for 2 slices. And whenever you order more than 2 slices, we'll do a bacon weave for you. We're able to do up to an 8 slices weave.
You could order more than that but it'll be too big to fit our burgers XD
This bacon weave we did for a customer was 4 slices worth of beef bacon. It's fried on the flat top on both sides to get a slight crisp to it's exterior and edges.
It doesn't taste super great if it's cooked like regular crispy bacon as beef bacon doesn't have the same high amount of fat content that pork bacon has. So if it's cooked to a crisp it gets a little dry and doesn't taste great.
For this order we did, the bacon was served up with our signature cheeseburger with an extra add-on of fried egg disc (telor banjo - I'll write a post on that when I can get some good pictures of it).
So be sure if you do drop by to get some add-on bacon to your burgers. I can guarantee that my food truck is one of the cheapest places to get bacon add-ons so pile those bacon orders away and get yourself a pretty weave for your scrumptious piece of meat between a bun.
