Got some woodfire burgers from a restaurant called Woodfire. Apparently originally from Johor Bharu and now they have 1 of their 3 outlets just nearby where I live.
Super delicious burger. I got their beef brisket barbecue cheeseburger. Its a super huge burger that I needed to seperate the beef brisket and burger itself.
The burger is a beef patty topped with 2 smoked beef bacon slices and crispy fried onions. It has nice fresh crisp lettuce and some pickles. The sauce was their signature barbecue sauce which is more on the sweet side. The buns are a sesame brioche bun which was super fluffy and toasty.
The brisket was smokey and peppery which I really like because I love the flavor of black pepper. The brisket was pull apart tender and paired perfectly with the already awesome burger.
Also got some curly fries but the barbecue sauce was way too sweet for the fries.
Overall, highly recommended for the burgers! Every bite was super satisfying and absolutely delicious!
