Time for some lunch!! ~~
'Nasi Lemak Ayam' from my favorite shop. Nowadays better eat all your favorite food as nobody is sure how long they can even last anymore. So many of my favorite restaurants and stalls have closed down during this pandemic.
Anyway, this Nasi Lemak is good. The fried chicken is crispy and flavorful. I got the wing part of the chicken which is my favorite part. They sambal comes as well with another ginger paste that they make. Is very unique and makes the Nasi Lemak different from others.
They packed the sambal seperately and gave more than enough so I'll be keeping the rest in the freezer/fridge to cook sambal fried rice one of these days.
It was good but the fried chicken wasn't as good because the lockdowns have made business needed to cook smaller batches and they can't clear it as fast so the chicken wasn't as freshly cooked as they would've if business was better.
I'll definitely wanna have some again when we're able to dine in again.
