Lunch today ~~

Spicy and sour seafood stew. This stew had fish fillets, preserved vegetable, squid, prawns and tofu. I guess the only ingredients is missing is just clams or shellfish.

The soup mixture is a premix with the preserved vegetables.

It wasn't extremely spicy. Just a nice level of heat as the after taste. It was definitely sour thought but very appetising and really wakes up the tastebuds.

Serve this with rice or noodles and you're good to go. I guess some bread will be good to. Stews always pairs well with some form of carbs.
