Todos Quieren a Daisy Jones es un libro de ficción histórica que sigue a la banda The Six y a Daisy mientras se unen, su espectacular ascenso y su final. Catalogado como un libro de ficción podría pasar perfectamente como una historia real y es que los últimos libros publicados por Taylor Jenkins dejan esa sensación, tiene la habilidad de crear personajes que se sienten increíblemente reales.
El libro es atrevido, sexy, original y real, es un homenaje al rock de los 70, pero también una reflexión sobre la fama, la creatividad, la identidad y el papel de la mujer en la industria musical. La autora recrea con maestría la atmósfera de esa época y los personajes son tan reales y complejos que parece que estuvieran vivos.

Cuenta con un formato narrativo único que te permite conocer como cada personaje vivió de una forma distinta un mismo hecho. Los personajes femeninos son una obra de arte y se aprende mucho sobre la lucha de las mujeres. Los temas como traumas, adicciones y abusos son muy bien tratados.
El personaje que más me impactó del libro fue Camila, su concepto de confianza me hizo replantearme muchas cosas de mi vida. La autora toca muchos temas como este, que te hacen reflexionar, reír y llorar, sin dudas deberían darle una oportunidad a este libro, y a Taylor que es de las mejores escritoras que he tendido el placer de leer.
Esta historia fue llevada a la pantalla chica por Prime Video y debo decir que a pesar de cambiar algunas escenas y visiones de los personajes, fue una adaptación bastante fiel, además de haber quedado para la historia una muy buena serie a la altura del libro.

This book touches on many topics like this, that make you reflect, laugh and cry, without a doubt you should give this book a chance, and Taylor is one of the best writers I have had the pleasure of reading.
This story was taken to the small screen by Prime Video and I must say that despite changing some scenes and visions of the characters, it was a very faithful adaptation, besides having been for the story a very good series at the height of the book.
