AI will bring about business transparency. Think of it this way, ‘when it is this date, pay ALL my workers’. Does it make sense? It depends on the side; of course a big thumbs up for workers. Can AI integration be a game changer? How often do companies owe workers?
At least I have heard some of my friends complain such and the fact of the matter is, it is not that the money isn't there but a greed mentality to keep profiting off staff salaries.
AI integration will allow big company's data to be easily monitored. And well, government workers will even love it the most. All those salary wailing will be cut short. I haven't received my salary for the past three months, how about gratuity and pensions? It is a matter of will they even allow AI to thrive this much for the fact that it seems private companies won't be the only set affected.
To conclude, let me add, technology remains both a threat and an opportunity. I am imagining a future where delayed payments will be curbed. The question is, will workers start seeing value for artificial intelligence?.
