Hello Welcome to my coffee shop!
I introduce myself: My name is Alejandra, I am a professional teacher who left everything to do something different and that I really love, I left everything just to open this wonderful place that just opened on July 17 of this year.
Here sitting in my perfect coffee shop, everything I always dreamed of, a place, on the beach, in the middle of nowhere, with natural sand entrance, with natural air, with the smell of salt water, large windows that give me natural light and so I can appreciate the day and night without being aware 24/7 of the needles of the clock.
The ceiling with light spaces in transparent acrylic where I can appreciate the clouds, the rain, the birds, the trees, the sky, the sun and the moon.
It has a light ring with a tripod, and a wall decorated with artificial grass for diners to take an unforgettable portrait in this wonderful place.
My coffee shop is a dream because its concept gives all my clients a warm space where they can make business appointments, entrepreneurship workshops, study and even blind dates, why not?. hahaha.
In addition, we work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Because I have a fabulous team that accompanies me in every schedule. This is divided into 5-hour shifts, so that people can also dedicate themselves to create their dream life, not just work for me.
I want everyone, including my employees, to be successful and professional, and I want my business to be an open door for anyone who wants to start a business.
It is a place where you meet people, learn about different cultures and open your mind to wonderful things.
It has chairs with tables for 4, 2 people and even individual tables for those people who enjoy their coffee in complete solitude, but happy.
There is comfortable furniture everywhere and above all a lot of coffee aroma.
I imagined many times to open my business and I dreamed that it was a coffee shop.
And you know what?
I MADE IT!
I am completely happy about that, because I know that dreams come true as long as you work on them. With a lot of effort, with many hours of work. And now with many hours without sleep because I am also thinking of creating a coffee with a unique flavor.
Can you imagine?
Then I think and think about how my coffee could taste, because the place is already perfect just as I dreamed it for many nights.
The specialty coffee is a coffee of my creation that has:
Dark coffee, hand whipped powdered milk, condensed milk, nutella, and a pluss of powdered cinnamon. Accompanied by vanilla bread fingers.
To finish I can only say that it is different from other places because its atmosphere is calm, peaceful, quiet, with the smell of the beach, with sand on your feet, while you are comfortably seated sipping a delicious cup of coffee. It is different because you can disconnect and enter into another atmosphere that no other place in the same area has. So you can come and enjoy whenever you want.
There is always a space for you.
