Hello friends of Hive Food, today I'm back with a new chocolate dessert that I saw on the Internet, however I modified it to my taste, adding a couple more ingredients, this dessert is a sweet that although not all of us eat, but it is good to share on an afternoon of sweet treats, if you want to delight your children or yourself you should try making this dessert.
Hola amigos de Hive Food, hoy he vuelto con un nuevo postre de chocolate que vi en Internet, sin embargo lo modifiqu茅 a mi gusto, a帽adiendo un par de ingredientes m谩s, este postre es un dulce que si bien no todos comemos, pero es bueno para un compartir en una tarde de dulces gustos, si quieres deleitar a tus ni帽os o a ti mismo deber铆as intentar hacer este postre.
1 lt of cold water.
125 gr of powdered milk.
7 tablespoons of corn starch.
6 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Club Social or Maria cookies.
150 gr of condensed milk.
Vanilla. (optional)
1 lt de agua fria.
125 gr de leche en polvo.
7 cucharadas de Fecula de maiz.
6 cucharadas de Cacao en polvo.
Galletas Club Social o Maria.
150 gr de leche condensada.
Vainilla. (opcional)
PREPARATION
The main thing is to add cold water and place it on low heat. Stir quickly before it reaches high temperature, so that half of it can be removed and placed in a separate container to dissolve the cornstarch in it.
Lo principal, ser谩 colocar el agua fr铆a y colocarlo a fuego lento, batimos r谩pidamente antes de que tenga temperatura alta, para as铆 retirar la mitad y colocarla en un envase aparte para as铆 disolver en ella la f茅cula de ma铆z.
Once you have set aside the liquid milk for the cornstarch, you should raise the flame a little and wait for it to start bubbling. Once it starts bubbling, add the cocoa powder, beat very well, and then add the cornstarch already dissolved in the set aside milk.
cuando ya hayas apartado la leche l铆quida para la fecula de maiz, debemos subir un poco la llama y esperar a que empiece a burbujear, ya que empiece a burbujear le agrego el cacao en polvo, bato muy bien y luego agregue la f茅cula de ma铆z ya disuelta en la leche apartada.
This part is important to stir constantly because otherwise it will stick to the bottom due to the heat and the starch. I do it without separating from it at any time, and after it begins to feel thick, I add a little vanilla, although it also tastes delicious without the vanilla. When it is quite thick, we let it release the heat it has for a moment.
Esta parte es importante revolver sin parar porque sino se pega al fondo por el calor y la f茅cula, yo lo hago sin separarme de ella en ning煤n momento, y luego de que se empiece a sentir que est谩 espesa, le agregu茅 un poco de vainilla aunque sin la vainilla tambi茅n sabe delicioso. Cuando ya est茅 bien espeso, lo dejamos que bote el calor que tiene, por un momento.
After it is no longer hot, we will begin to assemble the cookies in the container you choose to empty it into. I place it in the following order: Cookie, the chocolate mixture, and I add a little condensed milk.
luego de que ya no est茅 caliente, empezaremos a armar las galletas en el envase que escojan para vaciarlo, yo lo coloco en el siguiente orden: Galleta, la mezcla de chocolate, y le hecho un poco de leche condensada.
I repeated this process about 4 times and at the end I added condensed milk with crushed cookies, and immediately I put it in the fridge. I left it for at least 5 hours to set and serve.
Yo repet铆 este proceso unas 4 veces y al final le a帽ad铆 leche condensada con galletas trituradas, y de inmediato lo mand茅 a la nevera, yo lo dej茅 al menos 5 horas para que cuajara y a servir.
Once it had cooled, I added a little cocoa powder and spread it out. Sadly, I wasn't able to take any photos when I served it because it was a bit tense, but it really was very tasty.
Ya que enfri贸 yo le a帽ad铆 un poco de cacao en polvo y repartir, tristemente no logr茅 tomar fotograf铆as al momento de servirlo porque fue un rato un poco tenso, pero de verdad qued贸 demasiado sabroso.
