Hi Actifiters,
today wasn't really a sports day for me instead I had to organize certain things where I had to drive around with the car a lot. But still jumping in and out of your car taking care of daily business and doing brain sport is often more exhausting than being outdoors running...at least that is my impression.
What do you think?
