Day #4 of Lions Mane and I am still rather enjoying this one, its fun to put in the coffee in the AM. It is mildly expensive, So I think once I am done with the package, I will switch off for about a week or two to reduce my tolerance again.
Just about to sit down to some morning Piano, and everything is good. Get to got to work today, and then Karate and Wings!
