Man's activities on earth 馃寧 cannot be possible without the substance of life because man work day to day to achieve there goals, and this substance of life are mainly classified into two types and the are food and water 馃挦
## Food
Food as a substance of life, without food man's activities cannot be possible , food have helped a lot not only giving man strength(energy) only, but keep man alive and living to do others activities on earth , also food give man healthy life to overcome some certain sickness and to do work of their choice
Water is very important in the life of man infact , water as a substance of life without water life cannot exist on earth, mostly every life on earth is called ( life) because of water, water is essential in mans life ,plant 鈽橈笍 life, fish 馃悷 in the water 馃寠, all this living things cannot survive or plants manufacture there food and bring forth fruit 馃崙 with water in other sense this make water the substance to sustain life and without this substance no existence of life on earth,
