Earlier this week I set out to document the local cash crop but as I wandered about I couldn't help but snap some shots of the people going about their day around me.
Here in the US, postal workers have a nasty habit of killing their coworkers, so much so that 'going postal' has become slang for workplace violence. This one was content just to stare at me thankfully.
Here we have what's known formally as an exercise in futility. Mother Nature sure seems to get a kick out of it though. While I may not think much of their stated purpose they are great for blowing tear gas back at the cops who fired it.
Afternoon OG conference. Long lenses keep the cops away. Louisville sprawls a lot and so there's lots of open space, which kind of makes it difficult to get close to people without that trespassing word getting tossed about.
Recently I rewatched Everybody Street, a documentary on NYC street photographers, and it had me wanting to shoot people doing people-y things.
Meat wagon on a run. Used to think it'd be fun to drive an ambulance but with how people act on the roads these days I'm not too sure about that.
It's always fun when people don't even realize you took a photo of them.
Managed to shoot one person in two different locations without realizing it until I was editing the photos.
The inmates appeared to be plotting their escape.
Chasing shadows.
The waiting is at an end.
Just like this post.
