How do you turn HIVE or HBD into spendable currency like USD?

Do you know what happened with steem? Did it merge with Hive or morph into it? I can’t transfer anything out of steem now. What happened?

How did you transfer out of steem. Everything I try just freezes and keeps spinning. Did steem just become hive? All of my posts from there, I can see here on hive. Please help and explain what happened.

I’m intermittent fasting as well. I started off at 292 and am at 269 as of this morning. Still have 49 pounds to go. I’ll try adding acv. Will it break my fast if I drink it first thing in the morning?
