Enjoy Noodles in Beijing 醉面

Apart from rice, noodles is part of the staple food in China. Noodles from northern China are usually made of wheat flour and it is usually served hot. If you are planning to visit Beijing and you want to get a taste of Chinese noodles. Beef noodles has some 重庆 chong qing province flare in it. The broth may look red but is not very spicy. The chili oil adds a slight hint of spiciness. It is serve with beef, cilantro, some peanuts and bok choy. The beef in the broth goes very well and you can always add more chilies if you want.
