Lebanese Cucumbers
Good evening steemians,
Once again another harvest post. This evening was bountiful, cucumbers, gherkins, beans, zucchinis and cherry tomatoes.
What has been happening though is we have been getting more beans that we can eat at the moment. So we invested in a vacuum seal machine. This is so we can freeze it and use it at a later date this is going to be perfect for the winter months.
What we noticed from years past was that we were harvesting a lot and it was going off in the fridge before we could use it :(
You are probably thinking why don't you just give away what you don't use. We Do! We probably give away over a shopping bag a fortnight of silverbeet and kale to friends and families.
