✨"My daughter and my favourite spice vendor had a booth at the Christmas market. My daughter loves trying all kinds of spices there. After tasting a few, the favourite turned out to be cinnamon blossoms! The shopkeeper kindly ground some with a coffee mill, and when we tasted it, it had a lovely cinnamon scent and a natural sweetness.
My daughter still snacks on the crunchy blossoms from time to time, but I love grinding them together with coffee beans and brewing a cup. It tastes sweet even without any sugar."
