Combine the flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Pour in kefir and butter and mix well.
Clean one pear and chop it in small cubes. Add them to the dough and mix. Cut the second pear in half, remove the core and chop the halves along the thin plates.
Cover the removable bottom of the mold with a diameter of 27 cm. Use a vegetable oil to lubricate the bottom and sides. Lay the pear plates in a circle and gently spread the dough over them.
Bake the cake for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C until it browns. Turn over and cool the cake. In the cold, it will be much tastier.
