It's actually my first time posting here and I hope y'all love my very simple and low budget pancakes recipe.
So first, I went to the market and got all the ingredients I needed for this yummy pancakes and below are the list and procedure of how I prepared my yummy pancakes.
**INGREDIENTS**
All purpose flour (3kg)
Sugar (3 teaspoons)
Four eggs
Baking powder
Butter
Nutmeg (sachet)
Milk
onions
Peppers
Green peas
Yellow pepper
PROCEDURES
So, I started by washing my hands to make them clean. I washed and dry cleaned the bowls, cutleries that I needed to use. I chopped the onions, yellow peppers, green peas into smaller pieces.
Then I proceeded to pouring my flour into the bowl, added 3 spoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, 1/3 teaspoon of nutmeg (for flavor) half teaspoon of baking powder and mixed together all dry.
I got another bowl to mix my powered milk with lukewarm water. I mixed thoroughly to avoid lumps. Then I broke my four eggs and added to the milk and mixed.
I melted my butter with an electric hot plate and added to the mixed milk and egg.
The next step is that I poured the whole water mixture ( milk,eggs,butter) to the dry mixture (flour) and mixed thoroughly. Then I went in with a cup of water to make a paste.
Then I poured in my chopped vegetables and red pepper to make it spicy.
I cleaned my frying pan and put on the stove, added a table spoon of oil and I added the paste to fry until it turns golden brown then flipped to the other side. I fried on a low heat to avoid burnt pancakes. I repeated this process until I was done with the whole paste.
I served my family the yummy pancakes with different drink of their choice ( juice, hot chocolate).
