Taking advantage that it's still Throwback Thursday (TBT), I want to share some photos from when I went to the beach in Puerto La Cruz; I love beaches in general, as you well know. This was a "new" beach we visited, one we had never been to and had heard wonderful things about. It's called Playa Cangrejo, I think, and the name suits it perfectly, because I got to see quite a few little crabs. What they said was true: it was quite clean, with refreshing but not cold water, and a calmness that I already miss breathing in.

The first thing that greeted us when we arrived was that cute little dog sunbathing. I couldn't understand how he can lie down so calmly on that hot sand; I even felt bad for him, but it seems he likes it, haha. It was my first time seeing dogs at the beach; I think we're all him when we go to the beach.

Photos of the little seashells couldn't be missing; just remember to put them back after taking their photos, since they're part of the sea, and when they disintegrate they return to it as minerals. They're from the sea and there they should stay.

Another thing that caught my attention about this beach was the number of stones; even the waves, as they pulled back and came in, sounded like thousands of little bells. It was so beautiful. Although not everyone likes beaches with so many little stones.

Lastly, a photo of a heron that was posing as if it were ready to be painted. I really admire the elegance of these animals; they seem to radiate a wisdom and calm that I would like to have. I couldn't get too close because I didn't want to disturb it, but at least it let itself be photographed.

And that's it for the photos I'm sharing today. I hope I get to visit the sea again soon; I can't live without it. Do you all like the sea? See you in the next post, mwah.
